Hi, I’m Traci.
If you’ve tried therapy before and it didn’t feel helpful—or didn’t feel like the right fit—you’re not alone.
Many people come to this work carrying some hesitation. You may have felt unheard, misunderstood, or like you were expected to fit into a certain approach that didn’t quite match who you are. It’s also possible you’ve done a lot of work on your own and are wondering if therapy can really offer something different.
My intention is to create a space that feels genuinely collaborative, respectful, and attuned to you.
With over 30 years of experience, I’ve learned that there is no one-size-fits-all path to growth or healing. Each person brings a unique story, pace, and set of needs—and therapy should honor that. Rather than applying a rigid method, I work alongside you to understand what’s most important, what’s been challenging, and what would feel truly supportive moving forward.
You don’t need to have the “right” words or a clear plan when you begin. You don’t need to perform, explain everything perfectly, or be at a certain stage. We start where you are.
Together, we’ll focus on creating a space where you can feel safe enough to be real, curious enough to explore new perspectives, and supported enough to begin making meaningful changes—at a pace that feels right for you.
If you’ve been unsure about trying therapy again, that makes sense. And if something in you is still open—even just a little—this may be a good time to take that next step. You’re welcome to reach out or schedule a consultation, and we can begin with a simple conversation to see if this feels like the right fit for you.
